Style of movie was very good: the use of existing foreign places as 'the future' and the use of a lot of foreign language words was effective.

Central plot device- the code 46, seems weak in comparison. Also the un-insurability of some of the people seems correctable given some of the advances hinted at. It would have seemed more appropriate for the cloned mother revelation to have more significance than just be an everyday thing, and also the basic problem probably could be overcome with technology.
Nudity that is obviously a body double (actors face not in shot) is kind of annoying and pointless.
The characters are pretty stupid near the end- what were they planning to do with their lives on the run without any money?
